Payment
Airport-Driver offers two payment options:
The customer pays after the services are provided (the customer must have an account that has signed a written contract with the company)
Full payment during the online booking process after billing
Some destinations may require full payment in advance.
Modifications and cancellations by you
Any changes (e.g. flight delays) to transfer details must be requested in the 'Your Booking' section of the website prior to the date of travel and will not take effect until checked with the driver and confirmed by email.
If you cancel up to 48 hours before the pick-up time (as indicated in the voucher), the cancellation fee is 25% of the price of the original reservation.
If you cancel, between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time (as indicated in the discount voucher), the cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the original reservation.
If you cancel, within 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time (as indicated in the coupon), the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the original reservation. payment will not be refunded and if you have not prepaid you will be charged and asked to make full payment.
Modifications and cancellations by Airport-Driver.be
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your vehicle preference, but we may need to arrange an alternate vehicle for operational or safety reasons. If we need to change your reservation to a lower category or a smaller vehicle for which a lower rate is available, we will refund you the difference.
In rare cases, it may be necessary to cancel your ride. In such circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund (which will be paid within 30 days), but we will have no further liability to you arising from such cancellation. We will, however, do our utmost to try and find suitable alternatives for any confirmed reservations subsequently canceled by us.
Changes and cancellations by the supplier
In case of delay (flight)> 1 hour of the Customer, the driver is entitled to cancel the reservation or to charge the additional waiting time (> 1 hour). In case of cancellation by the driver, the total amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if the driver needs to make a significant change to your booking or cancel them. We will also use all reasonable efforts to find another suitable driver at no additional cost, but we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
Any cancellation of contract must be made in writing by e-mail addressed to our customer service centre.
If we receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time of the transfer you wish to cancel, the amount paid for that transfer will be refunded, less 25% of the total booking amount. No money will be refunded for cancellations received less than 24 hours after the scheduled time of the transfer you wish to cancel.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days.
Extra stops - Extra stop:
extra stops are not taken into account by the automatic price calculator, we consider additional stops as an additional service requested from the driver, each additional stop is charged at least 10 euros, the price is calculated according to the detour that separates the point of departure to the point of arrival.
Major force
Airport-Driver.be and your driver cannot be held responsible for delays, modifications or cancellations of service due to a case of force majeure: (weather, accident, pandemic, war, or other circumstances that are unforeseeable or independent of the driver's wishes.
